About

One of Cape Town's most popular instrumental quartets, the sensual, all-female ACE Quartet consists of Carina Bruwer on flute, Este Visser on violin, Annemi van der Merwe on viola, and Ariella Caira on cello. With their fresh approach, these four highly talented young women are making Western instrumental music more appealing to a wide audience.

Headed by the celebrated flautist / ultra marathon swimmer Carina Bruwer, the vision of ACE is to bring Western based instrumental music to a wider audience in Africa and ultimately worldwide, by using their unique visual and skill attributes to appeal to both connoisseur and novice alike.
