Camilla Driver graduated from UCT's College of Music with a Distinction in Chamber Music, and continued to complete a post graduate diploma in violin performance. She studied under Professors Jurgen Schwietering and Jack de Wet, also attending master classes in Ireland and England.

Camilla has experience as concert master, soloist, chamber and orchestral player, and she toured the world as violinist/actor with theatre troupe Dimpho Di Kopane for 2 years before becoming the group's manager. She co-produced the award winning films U-Carmen eKhayelitsha and Son of Man.

Camilla is currently a permanent member of the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra.



Valentina Koleva studied violin at the National Academy of Music in Sofia, Bulgaria where she obtained her BMus Degree. She has won Bulgarian national competitions for solo violin and chamber music. During her studies took Master Classes with the acclaimed Bulgarian violinist, Vanya Milanova, and has also participated in a project for Baroque music in Neuecelle, Germany. Having been a violinist in two Bulgarian State Symphony orchestras, including Bulgarian National Radio Orchestra, she toured throughout most of the European countries - incl. France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Norway and Finland.

She joined the KZN Philharmonic and Baroque 2000 Orchestras in 2002 and held the position of Co-principal of the KZNPO between 2006 and 2009. During this time she lead the orchestra on several occasions. She was also a soloist with the KZNPO in 2006 and has had numerous solo performances with Baroque 2000 orchestra. She was an active member of Wouter String Quartet (Blue Velvet String Quartet) which was voted Best Classical group in KZN for 2007. Her chamber music experience includes performances both on violin and viola with Cape Town Tango ensemble’s leader Stanislav Anguelov, Duet with James Grace on Hilton Ferstival of Arts and many performances with the acclaimed SA pianist Christopher Duigan.
